Love the night fusion, shopping experience was great, the only bad part was the extremely long wait. I think I waited a little over a month. But definitely worth it

Ordering was easy. The shipping was concerning. It took some time and the communications was not great. But showed up and all is good.

Grate response a littel slow on shipping but it was handled with all the cair it deserves and was well worth it I'm telling all my friends and thinking about a second one as well

Received and only have a few items would like to comment on - all items shipped individually and some not labeled as to what or where from little confusion especially around Christmas time - I thought that when items were purchased there were 1 or 2 extra promotions one being promoted. Thought one of them was a second solar charger/ battery pack? If so never received that. Not sure of the other at this moment. - clarification when ordering that items coming overseas so lead times were pretty long. Not a problem if known prior to ordering. - shipping info updates slow again confusing due to the long lead times and partial shipments. Other than this everything came in, and I damaged, other than possibly promotional items and shipping concern all went well and equip seems to operate as described. Thank you

Shipping sucks, been waiting 5 weeks for items I was told I would have in 2 weeks. The Chinese tracking provided is a joke.

Easy to navigate and select the options you want

I do not feel that the product was any where close to the advertisements in it's service. If you haven't had any thermal experience I could see how some feel that it is a good product. I would recommend that you save the money you would spend on this product and put it towards something better. Timmy

Have not received the batery pack

Easy and when the solar battery wasn't delivered with my package, they quickly rectified it for me.

The parts that came from Canada are amazing the team communicated extremely well with me. The external solar battery is still M.I.A.

Terrible, i never received my package . It got returned back and now they are claiming they will not ship back nor refund. It is a big scam. Terrible customer service , terrible company.

Item noit received after already 36 days

Shopping on actual computer/laptop is much easier to navigate than on a phone.

You need to change shipping providers and provide the bonus battery shipping number at purchase since the buyer is responsible for tracking shipping.
