Your products don't come with a warrenty, which doesn't give me any confidence in the quality or durability of your products. You refused to accept return of my helmet that didn't fit. Your user manual is almost nonexistant, and the parts in the few diagrams are different than the actual parts. The Viper battery compartment cap won't go on with a battery inside. I have gotten no response from customer service. The connection your website is not secure and dosen't work anymore. Etc.
