Website is misleading and description of products is poor.

Ugh.

Customer service responses were fast but it took well over 6-weeks to get the product. Delivery, once it was initiated, was SLOW.

Never received part of my order (extra battery). Other than that, the experience was great. Customer service was fairly responsive and the Heat/Viper combo is great for the price.

Came surprisingly quick to Canada.

The NO team is great, easy buying experience with good turnaround and shipping.

Delivered damaged

Not great on explaing what you actually and shippong was over a month.

Customer service is abysmal. Professional, polite, but extremely poor.

Blatant false advertising and utterly cheap products with huge price. "You do not get what you pay for" when you shop with night operators look elsewhere.

The product took a long time to arrive, and I received an email saying that all of my items arrived. That was not the case. I only received a partial shipment of my order. I had to reach out via email to receive the rest of the items. I also did not like that there was no phone number to call about the mishap in shipping.

Took longer than expected to arrive. Dump pouch, extra batteries and unit packaged differently and arrived a week or more apart

Products are cheaply made.

Better description needs to be provided as part of the online experience. Shipping is slow at best.

Incomplete ordee

Horrible never received the item i ordered then thru email told there’s nothing they will do A month now still no response to item not recieved

Shopping was good but waiting on customer service has been slow.

Shipping takes a while but great experience package came out. Super nice.

Only issue is i ordered the heat and viper dual plane setup under their special promising a free helmet mount. I did NOT receive the helmet mount, and it doesnt slide into the normal dove tail mounts. So i cant mount on my helmet.

Had constant communication but it took over a month to receive the order when received the extra battery was absent. They really need to use another system for shipping because it had no updates or reliable tracking.

It does take a while to receive the product, but I'm still happy that I ordered it.
