Again, I had questions wanted to talk to someone. Phone number did not work The time it took to receive the unit had me concerned of fraud.

So far so good. Haven’t mounted it yet. Just playing with my new toy.

Night Operators did allow me to send the Fusion system back for a refund.

Delivery was a bit slow but the customer service folks kept me up to date.

Cart is misleading and impossible to navigate

The coupon you sent me never worked. I ordered mount clip and never received it. You moved warehouse after I ordered another NVG now the weight is going to be twice has long. After this set I will not order ever again.

Everything came in and it was faster than I expected. The shipping company could've done better though, the box looked like it had been dropped. But I had no issues with the equipment.

There are selection buttons that allow you to buy both night vision and thermal but the picture and description stays the same you dont know if you have sselected the right thing. its false advertising or bait and switch .

I had a small issue and they fixed me right up and sent a replacement part. Awesome customer support

Customer service is almost non existent….takes weeks for them to get back to you.

Took a little longer than expected to get to me but absolutely worth the wait.

I need a return label to get my money back in all these products. The unit will not come on charged batteries I have had these for 2 months and I can’t use them!!!

You don’t get what u paid for! No batteries then bought extra batteries and the charger yet nothing? Keep getting this nonsense review from you guys but again nothing! I bought the helmet the night the heat all the extras ??? I got the lid the night and heat and nothing else.

Seemed a little long for shipment, over all good experience and the monocle is really cool. Wish instructions were a little clearer.
