For cheap digital NV, it works great. The thermal is very good for the price as well. If you’re just a bro who wants to clown around with thermal/Nv with your friends, this is a fantastic option.

I didn’t get the heat I got two vipers and the quality is less than expected

Waste of money. Horrible product. Cheaply made. Screws lose on thermal. Glitches out nonestop.

Very responsive

Overall experience was good .. shipping information was non existent but not a big deal. Did not receive my entire order (external battery and charger missing) helmet bracket is flimsy feeling and doesn’t adjust properly or stay tight.

Having trouble pulling up another order

Online advertised the thermal and night and then I only got the night vision. Tried to work out getting the thermal aswell and returning the night right away took weeks to get back to me and they were very unresponsive had to keep messaging them. Wouldn’t recommend.

The marketing is misleading, and the return process is made so that you lose too much for it to be worth it. More than any place, only buy if you can accept wasting the the amount of money.

Very easy to speak with representatives of the company answered my questions in a timely fashion, and my order arrived quickly. Would recommend the heating viper as an intro unit and affordable purchase works great for Airsoft.

Didn’t receive all items i ordered

Easy to navigate and discover all Night Operators had to offer. Great prices and awesome discounts.

Poor customer service. Long delays with no communication. More than one person responds to emails. Long delays in trouble resolution. Helmet mount is plastic and poor quality.

Love the product but did not like that it took so long to receive it.

Had no problems shopping. It was very easy checking out.

No issues and easy to order. Did have to do some off site research regarding lag issues and battery life.

Hard to navigate website and prices

Never buying anything from here again. They took forever to ship my order. Did not communicate that they didn't have items in stock. I tried to cancel my order but they said that I was going to charged a restocking fee when they didn't even have prepared my order. Then they said that they wouldn't cancel it after I agree to pay the re stocking fee and sent me whatever items they had on stock.
