Delivery could have been faster and of course the price could always come down. The onboard batteries don’t make it all night and even adding external batteries will not keep them on all night.

No communication about lost product in the mail. I am out almost $800.

the shipment came on two separate shipments. Other than that, I was okay with the service. Not much comms from the operators, so I just trusted them and they did not fail me.

Your service has been very poor, response times to emails and order issues.

Shipping took forever and there wasn’t a lot of indication as to what was actually shipping in the order as the order split up for shipping. It eventually all made it though. There could be a lot more comprehensive explanation for setting up these up. I felt left in the dark (pun intended).

I sent an email with a question and it took about a week to get a response. They didn’t tell me the truth about the product and I bought the product and have been trying to return it for a refund but I’ve had no response on how to do that so I’ve been taken and not told the truth from the company and I have emails to back up my story !!!!

I was skeptical at first but everything was sent quickly and in full. Great product

Not great, feel I was cheated out of a mount and gave them an opportunity to make it right and they wouldn’t. Be very careful when ordering the pics don’t match description and you may think your getting NV and heat for the free mount but that’s not what you get even when given the pic to click on it they word it different. Not only paid 300 more than package wanted but was shorted the aluminum mount.

Have never had a problem with products and when shipment was sent to wrong address they fixed it right away

I am disgusted by the whole experience. Couldn’t even navigate my own home with the night vision goggles and I’m told it’s 30% restocking fee for returns? I imagine most get returned and that’s how your money is made. I need an update on my refund!

Overall the buying experience has been wonderful. In the beginning I had some concerns about the customer service timeliness. Eventually all my questions have been answered.

Wasn’t happy with the fact that my order of my thermal/viper night vision goggles didn’t show up when company said it was delivered then after I emailed them to complain they said I only ordered the night vision. I finally received my proper order only after tons of unanswered emails. Customer service sucked

Product was good for the price. Shipping is somewhat to be desired. Atleast on being able to track ti. And it took awhile to go from shipping labeled created to it actually shippping.

Very deceptive advertising. Always chacterizing every "kit as heat + Nv" when pushing a lower price point kit without heat. You can purchase without scrolling down to see what each kit really contains. This is entrapment for busy people (you would probably say, careless dumb ass). Your right, you got me. The gear is fine, the mount is crap. Up the price and just include the G24 slip up mount (again, said it was included free - if you understood you were not buying that kit). Was very disappoin

Communication was a little slow but they did respond when I had questions about what all was shipped. Not much explanation to explain what should be in each package just a copy of package tracking, which did not help. Have not had much luck in getting the IR and thermal to be the same size and to line up on top of each other. That is frustrating but I am still working on that.

Was smooth as butter , had a problem with the shop app saying package delivered when it wasn't which caused a panic, so I would warn every one trust the n.o. tracking...NOT the shop app, and the products I ordered(heat and viper bridge, bump helmet, m32) exceeded expectations, I'm excited to see what bon has for us next. I'm expecting BIG things from this company.

Great product for the price

The 2 units I purchased did not come with instructions on how the brackets are assembled to hold the 2 units together. Also the battery recepticle does not have markings to show +ve or -ve so it difficult to determine which way the batteries are installed.

I thought i was getting two optics. Received one and they wouldn't sell me second side even at the additional costs

Will when I can fully utalize , the equipment!
