Straight from China trash. Not worth the money.

Never again. To be fair, I attempted to return your product within the first 3 minutes of receiving it, and continuously in the numerous days following. Your customer service ran me ragged, wasted more time, and caused me more frustration than this temu gadget is worth. I've lost all trust and respect for your products, service, and company. For Christmas, you and your team truly went out of your way to do me wrong. I won't be buying anything from you ever again at this point. I will however, gladly share my experience far and wide with my officers, cadets, and other fellow staffers when chances arise. God Bless...

I think the idea if low cost NV and thermal is great and i jumped on it but, there needs to be an ability to focus. also when I bought mine I was not told of a up coming Christmas deal that was 50% off. frustrating but keep trying

NVGs do not come with battery. I ordered 2 seperate batteries from them. Only 1 came. Customer service is terrible.

Not as advised. Night vision is horrible quality and no instructions at all on how to operate.

This company provides a fantastic product and opportunity for anyone to get night vision equipment at the best prices out there.

Again as I previously stated, I received No Battery at all in the packaging of the units I received. I possible did not read properly when making purchase as my understanding was that Purchase the Heat & Viper 4.0 units they would have rechargeable battery to operate the product which I was not able to do until the arrival of the extra battery pack arrived days later which was disappointing to say the least.
