Received my order in a timely matter and when there was an issue it was corrected

Left a couple emails and messages about not getting what I ordered and have gotten nothing but radio silence

NOT to good yet. I hope we can connect soon to get to the bottom of my issue on the H eat/Viper combo.

Shipping need some work

There were issues with the Wilcox mount and the bridge device. The bridge device won't lock into the metal Wilcox mount and the plastic mount you sent me, not strong enough for the weight of the heat viper devices.

Great service product seems to be very useful and of good quality. Is it battle field quality probably not but I dont have deep po kets like the government and for protecting my livestock from predators it works smashingly.

Not very sure if it's worth buying

Mixed feelings shipping company sucks. Night operations has no phone number to call when issues arise, product is good quality, good picture quality. I will be putting them to the test in a training environment this weekend, the bracket system worries me, the bar and hardware is very cheap. Kit has no instructions on how to assemble and use, still haven’t figured out the external battery lay out no + or - anywhere just don’t want to short them out in any way
