It doesn't work. I emailed for advice as the watch won't recognise the 2g compatible sim that u specifically brought for it. I was directed to a video of how to insert the sim card. I'm fully aware of how to insert the sim card but no problems, I followed the video. It still didn't work so I emailed again asking to return it and replace it...I didn't even want a refund, just a watch that works. I get an email back, now you want a VIDEO from ME, so you can literally watch me insert the sim car

No one answers the support email, no response to multiple emails asking for help. Product doesn't work, another watch stopped working with apparent 1 year warranty which is a load of rubbish.
