The watch is almost useless. The battery doesn't last more than a couple of hours. I raised this with the company and asked for a refund. Initially, I received an email asking for how the watch was used. Following my reply to this question I have received no more messages or instructions about how to return the item for a refund. I followed this up with another message which has also been ignored.
Very disappointed with the product and the after sales care.
