After I paid for the entire year we were told we could not access the three elective classes that were supposed to be included in the 9th grade curriculum. This was apparently due to technical difficulties, after 40 minutes on hold I spent a half an hour with a representative submitting orders and request, changing passwords, emailing new links but nothing was solved and nobody followed up with me. As it stands today I would not recommend the service to other homeschool families.
