It’s a little bit hard to navigate where you need to go. It would be nice if you could choose what needs to be done each day. She’s way behind so when I go to look at her information, it show me the lesson that she should be on and not what she’s actually on that makes it difficult for me to assign things to her. I have tried deleting assignments, but it always continues to show up. I do like that you know what to expect for each type of assignment.

We do run into occasional glitches in the program. These often cause my son to have answers counted as incorrect. Customer service is not amazing when it comes to fixing these issues and we have done the only way to fix the grade is to redo the entire assignment. When the errors persist we just have to accept a lower grade than he should have made and move on.
