update 8/25:
To the owner / manager: Your employees are sitting around and not working on my email request for over 7 days now. I requested for a full refund on Aug 18th, but your employee, Ms. Luella, replied to my email but did not help me with a refund. She just attempted to reset my password but ignored my request for a full refund.
Also, according to the automated email, you guys are not supposed to work on the weekends. How did this employee suddently decided to reply to me on a Sunday??
