Very helpful when I communicated with BiSaddle about my concerns with the Bonneville. 4 stars because I think that 30 days is too short for returns replacements. And the 30 days starts from when you get your first saddle. So I had a short time to try out the Bonneville and when I decided to try the EXT Stealth, I only had about a week left on the total time. There is no extension of the 30 days when you make a switch. So if I found the EXT to be less than acceptable, I’m out of luck. A bit disappointing considering the cost of these saddles. It’s winter for me and I can only ride indoors on my Wahoo trainer. I am not a pro and don’t hop on for 50 mile rides daily to get a quick test of the saddles.
