I’ve ordered a few times from Les the last couple of times was a great experience. Food was delicious oxtails, juicy, and tender. I just recently ordered 2 pounds of oxtails, and when I received them and heated them up per the instructions. They came out dry and tough. Not sure why the change. Overall, the oxtails are great. Just this last order didn’t reach my expectations.
