as I mentioned, the packaging was extremely poorly done. They shipped it in a larger box with only one ice pack so the ice pack never actually touched the food and the food arrived very hot not edible. It was never frozen so is that outside in the heat throughout the shipping process?

It cost a lot of money and I wasn’t satisfied no cap lotta extra charges on there for a small amount of meat. It taste OK but for the price I was looking for more. and simple mistakes like putting the wrong date on packages you can make simple mistakes like that. It makes me question the safety of the product. Those things need to be addressed. That’s why dates are put on there because they’re very important.
