Poor customer service. No follow up. My battery was bad from day 1. You MUST have extra batteries as you offered those as an “upgrade” option when I ordered the vacuum.
I received ONE response to 4 or 5 messages. It was a canned response.
“We have contacted the manufacturer and will get back to you once we hear back.”
That was 3 weeks ago. I’m about to dispute the charges.
