My Miwa Comfort Clean Vacuum arrived yesterday after 25 days in transit by truck from Carteret, NJ to Anchorage, AK. Unfortunately, the replacement/spare battery pack I ordered did not arrive. From what I can tell, the replacement battery was strapped to the outside of the main box in its own blue Miwa box. I can only conclude that at some point between Cartertet and Anchorage it either fell out of the box, or was liberated. Regardless, please se

Delivery issues with this order. The vacuum arrived two weeks after the spare battery. When the vacuum didn't arrive in a timely way, delivery service claimed it HAD been delivered. Told us to check around the property and with our neighbors. Eventually the issue was solved by customer service and we received the vacuum cleaner.
