The company is a joke. Almost 3 months to receive the product after purchase is insane. There was minimal to no communication from the company, even when reaching out to them. A BBB complaint is definitely in their future. I understand backorders of items, but when you, as the customer, are required to reach out multiple times for an update that was wrong every time, btw, it is unacceptable. Especially after you had taken my money. Run away from the product and company as fast as you can!
