It took a crazy long time to get this product because it’s so popular!! I wasn’t complaining though! I emailed them to ask about an ETA and they answered quickly! Luckily I wasn’t in a hurry! Ha

Terrible customer service. Never and update and never received my discount due to it taking 3 months to get to me. Never once did i get an update without me reaching out to cancel the order.

Well, I ordered a Christmas Eve and did not receive it till about a week and a half ago. So about 2 1/2 months later, I finally received it. But every time I emailed people were very helpful.

Delivery took way too long

It took a while to receive because it was back ordered. I reached out to customer service regarding shipment and the nose piece issue and they responded in a timely manner.

A little bit small for me

Your approach to customer service is awful. Your product broke on first use and you want me to pay more money to replace it. That is a god awful policy an approach to customer service and dissolving complaints.

After purchasing I got reciept of a notice of a shipping label, then no update and no actual shipping. Finally after weeks I contacted by email a support person who finally told me it would be february or March. No further updates, finally hear it's shipping nearly 3 months later. You don't have stock and still shipping, not telling anyone till after they have purchased and no updates unless asked. It's very poor customer experience

Took 2 and a half months to receive item and it is not large enough around the waist.

3 months to get ... very few responses and had to use Pay Pal to put pressure on to get money back or product.
