Was went a new battery after having a robot that wouldn’t charge or work. Then a whole new robot when that didn’t fix it. New robots battery charging port had fallen down inside of the robot. I took it apart and put it back in the correct position just for it to still not charge or work. I’m at a loss for what to do at this point
