See prior comment - I never received my order and I exchanged over 12 emails with your customer service rep Kelly. She was completely unsympathetic and said there was nothing to be done, when in fact you as the provider are responsible for the delivery of my order and you can file a claim with USPS for a misdelivery. Your customer service is the worst I've experienced.
