Ordering was simple. The brownies arrived pretty quickly. But the quality of the product is a big miss and the "no refund" policy is even more upsetting. Having a sample box with bite size brownies at a lower cost would've been great. Maybe consider offering a sampler box for a fraction of the cost?

Great. I live a few states away from their location, even though it took longer than I thought, but that was due to really bad weather. I would 100% get buckeyes again, their products are excellent, for a bakery it was good delivery and nothing was damaged nor bad tasting. Wish I got more lol!
