aweful!! I ordered a machine and when it arrived, i realized there were no clippers. sent a message with the serial number and they explained that they had sent the wrong item and that it would take 2-3 days to provide a return label and then i would need to wait until they received that one for the correct one to be sent. i followed up mulitiple times and never received the label after getting many excuses. i finally called my credit card company for a refund. terrible service.
