One of the best purchases I've ever made!! It's worth the money!! I didn't worry about the shipping at all, it arrived earlier than I expected and I was always informed the entire time!!

The various options are a little confusing sometimes to tell what you're actually getting with each bundle. You can figure it out but it takes a fair amount of time if you aren't familiar with the products

While I love the product, I was disappointed that the box, the stairs and the poop guard were all sent from different places and arrived at different days. The step arrived last and It never did show up under the tracking number. I wasn't even sure it had shipped til it arrived.

I haven't had any issues yet and the cat box has been great since I have only had it for a week now. I have changed the box once so far with 2 Sphynx cats. I had the Whisker litter robot for years prior to this. I had many issues by needing a new base and many parts. I got sick of it having issues and just tossed it out and waited for Neakasa to arrive! It was a big weight lifted off my shoulders to throw it out! It is still overpriced compared to the Neakasa. I was scared of the open concept at first, thinking more litter would be all over outside of the box. My cats always had tons of litter on the ground from the pervious litter robot. I still have a mat on the ground to catch the litter then and now. I did purchase a step that also catches more litter on top of the mat. Having the open cat box, makes it so much easier to wipe off and clean when litter gets stuck on the sides. On the website, it was easy to text your team for answers and clarification before I purchased it. The website was laid out great, easy to follow and checkout. I also asked the team if the litter I have been using would work with this box and it works. I use Fresh Step Total Control 44lbs clumping litter that you can get from Sams Club, Chewy etc. I feel that it has less dust than other brands I had to switch from in the past.

Love the litter boxes! I have M1’s and 2 Litter Robot 4’s. The M1’s are the best by far! Easy to use with fewer technical problems. Not a fan of the new steps though. I feel like I got ripped off by buying them.

Overall it’s been great. I didn’t receive my previous order, however, and the lack of assistance from Neakasa was disappointing.

customer satisfaction should really be a top priority - advertising a 30 day trial period/ return window then making a customer pay to ship the item back for an item that is large, bulky and heavy is really bad practice. Will not recommend to anyone.

False advertising

It is much better than scooping a litter box.

We had owned a litter robot three for seven years, and decided to replace it with the Neakasa unit. It has been a night and day difference! This litterbox is much quieter, and I have a lot more confidence in its reliability due to the way that the mechanism is built structured – no cat litter will end up in the motorized moving parts. This litter box also has a significantly higher waste capacity, and the design of the waste drawer makes it much easier to use standard kitchen garbage bags.

I purchased this for a very reasonable cost. I received it within a week of purchase.
