Never received product or delivery update

Love the product received email for a discount on a new version tried to order several times and would never go through disappointed offer sent out but not able to take advantage of? Box has been fine a little hard to find error code remedy but finally received email and ordered replacement pad. Two pack might be a great offer.

We had the original M1 and were offered a generous discount to upgrade to the plus model; it was very easy to order. Shipped fast!

I love it! My six cats will only use an open-top box, and they took to the M1 Plus immediately and prefer it over the other open-top automatic box I bought. This box has the best compromise between size of litter pan area and overall footprint, so it's easy to fit it into a small cubby I have for the litter box. I will definitely buy the AirStep when it's back in stock too.

Terrible. You have the worst customer service of any vendor with whom I’ve ever worked. You’re making people purchase insurance for items that get mailed to them and when it gets lost in the mail the insurance that I bought was useless because they didn’t return my money.

The odor control could be a bit better otherwise I am so happy. l even bought my daughter one for her 2 cats. She's an instant fan. Her cats took to the box instantly. We highly recommend this litter box to anyone who is looking for an automatic self cleaning cat litter box.
