I have never received the product. Customer service has admitted the order was lost during transit and said will send me a replacement more than a month ago. However when I follow up few weeks later, customer service said the product hasn't been made yet and asked me to be patience, and when I follow up again yesterday the customer service asked me to check with my local post service? I was a bit hesitant to purchase from this site at first b/c I wasn’t familiar with it but all my fears subsided when my package arrived with no issues and the items are great quality!

In the future, do not make people sign up for an app to track your products. And try to be transparent/accurate about delivery time.

Still haven’t recd an order placed 6 weeks ago

I ordered this and was charged on March 10. When I didn't get anything after a few weeks, I emailed and got back saying that they had moved the warehouse and could send me different items. I emailed back with the names of the products I had originally ordered. The response was that they were out of those and offered the others as an alternative, and I said to cancel. The next email offered me a discount, and I said that I would still like to cancel. Order showed with items originally ordere

Delivered.

The worst company I’ve ever dealt with. They were three weeks late in shipping my order, never told me about delays and when they finally shipped it, they sent the wrong thing and now it’s been a struggle for me to return this item and they are not replying to emails. I’ll be filing a complaint with BBB and filing a dispute with my credit card company.

No order tracking or shipping notification. An all around fail.

Good experience overall. I read some not so good reviews and was a bit worried, but everything went well. I got what I ordered at a good price.

My experience with Found My Animal was disappointing. While their leashes themselves are decent quality, their customer service failed when it mattered most. I ordered 7 leashes but only received 6. When I reached out about the missing item, communication suddenly became nearly impossible. After being initially responsive to my pre-purchase questions, customer service essentially ghosted me when a real problem arose.

I love these leashes and have word them because of friend of mine as a dog that use them for years all the way up to his final days. I did not receive the two leashes I ordered and they did follow up with USPS which marked them as delivered however I still never received them and the company was unwilling to just send a replacement order instead of losing a customer. It's a shame me and my dog both love these leashes however I do feel like they could have ordered that considering I received

I ordered from Europe! Everything was uncomplicated, it took a while until it arrived, but it came a long way.

My order arrived on time and was correct. No complaints!

Quick and easy, though now that I consider it, an easily found sizing chart would have avoided a disappointing surprise about the actual size of an xl.

Website seems to have some flaws. System completed my transaction when I was NOT ready to do so. I submitted my coupon code and the transaction went through without my coupon being applied. I tried to contact several times and nobody responded to me to try to solve my problem. Won’t be shopping here again

Everything I purchased was a darker color than what was depicted online. Not accurate. The quality of the leash is nice, but outside of that, I am pretty displeased with everything else.
