Horrible customer service. I had to reach out 4 times until someone finally responded. When I placed my order it said it was shipping within 2 days however it shipped almost 10 days later and no one in customer service would respond

Shipping took 7 business days, but everything arrived undamaged.

The package was wet due to the damage during the shipment. The cap of spray I ordered was dropped and the liquid was as spreading in the package. But the shop never dealt with or update progress with this issue 2 weeks after contacting them.

I got the wrong items and I have not received email replies from customer service. Absolutely horrendous company.

I ordered two sweatshirts on January 25th and its been 3 weeks now, still have not received the items. I contacted the company multiple times, never received the response. I will file with my credit card and leave reviews on Google and other platforms to warn people about this terrible experience.

I had a question and the team answered right away and were very helpful.

Your website says free shipping, but it does not reflect in the shopping cart/upon ordering. I tried to contact customer service about this, no response. I bought the leash anyway, and received the wrong color/product altogether. I tried to contact customer service again about this, and again, no response. Not sure what to do at this point

I didn’t receive what I ordered and customer service refused to pay for the return shipping. Not a great experience for a longtime customer. I won’t order again.

Horrible. The item never arrived and no one responded when I emailed customer service and the owners email multiple times!

Order was delayed by over 10 days. Upon receipt of the items, both were not the items I ordered. I have sent numerous emails with no responses. If someone responds, they do so in a way that indicates they have not received the content of my email (picture proof that the leashes I received are not what I ordered.) do not buy from this vendor. SCAM ALERT.

Shopping great. Customer service great. Unfortunately 2 of my products were damaged completely in shipping (treats were crushed and now only like a powder) and 1 was slightly crushed but still usable. I think they tried squeezing too much into the bag.

I understand that delays can happen after the holidays, but it was difficult to get shipping updates (especially since I was in and out of town), which made the process a bit stressful. Then I learned that the color I originally wanted was out of stock..okay, no problem, I chose another. However, when the order arrived, the wrong size was sent. 😭 It’s a beautiful color, but unfortunately, it’s way too bulky for my tiny dog. I don’t have the energy to go through the return process, so I’ll probably have to buy another one.

Took a long time to get here. Used your messaging service to ask about it and never got any reply other then the canned reply about receiving my query.

Customer service is not a priority unfortunately. Incorrect item size sent… when I verified with pictures of order AND item, as requested, they apparently didn’t look at pictures and said “correct item sent”. Still waiting on a resolution to an order place a month ago. After 8 previous successful purchases, I’m going to have to no longer patronize this site.
