Second time ordering, good deals and cotton designs.

Won’t do it again and would not recommend

Horrible customer service, delivery took over one month, product is completely unusable

It was fine and easy ordering,it was unsatisfying because they listed item in stock only to give me the run around saying they were out of stock and then getting product a month and a half later.

Received shipping notification however no status update for nearly 2 weeks

Would never ever shop here or recommend someone else shop here, which is a shame since I am active in rescue and am a canine nutritionist.

Never received my order. Never got a refund. They stole my money. Truly a horrible customer service experience. Will never return to shop with Found again and will dissuade anyone at the dog park. Please support a maker on Etsy rather than these petty, greedy people.

A word of caution to anyone planning to order a leash or harness: apparently, all items are ‘made-to-order’—though this is not mentioned anywhere on the website. I placed my order a month ago, and it’s still marked as ‘in progress. I regret this purchase 100%.

The shipping was far too slow (over a month), you sent the wrong item, and your customer service has been terrible. Responses are delayed, I’ve had to repeat the same explanations over and over, and you keep refusing a return or refund. And after more than two months, the issue still isn’t resolved. This is truly unacceptable.

Approximately one month later and still have not received my order. And this isn’t the first time. I think I have finally learned my lesson.

Been a customer for a long while, never a disappointing experience with the products or the service. Have done multiple collars, rope leashes, and bandanas…always super cute!

Horrible experience. They shipped me the wrong item and then made me pay $7 to ship it back to them before they would send me the correct item! Bizarre!

I received my order but also someone else's order by mistake.

It take a little to come from the US. I live in Canada and normally it’s fast. But worth it!
