Excellent communication when warranted and fine diligence with complex orders!

No communication about shipping update, or a reason for delay.

I have already shared it in my review. Your customer service team lacks accountability as well as the drive (or perhaps empowerment) to take the initiative and look into why my product has yet to reach the carrier, despite an email confirmation notifying me that the label has been created and shipment is pending. It has been pending for nearly 3 weeks now and your customer service department has not once addressed or acknowledged the screenshots I shared showing them that the package is MIA

I never received it.

2 stars for not being informed in June that they are small batches made to order. Because I initially got a confirmation saying it would arrive within the week I ordered it and then I waited an an additional 3 months to receive the items, I wasn’t happy about the shopping experience.

Poor. Made a purchase. Got an email indicating it would be shipped on 9/5. It is now 10/2. I have not received the leash and the charge is still on my card. I've emailed and used the chat feature multiple times but received no response. I've received multiple emails to rate my experience but not a single response to my inquiries. I'd prefer to resolve this with the merchant but am afraid that is not an option.

I never received my order and have been unable to get anyone from customer support to follow up with me. I have sent several emails, tried to contact them through live chat on their website, and sent messages through social media with no response whatsoever. There is no way to reach anyone by phone. This has been going on for months. I would be very careful about ordering anything from Found My Animal.

I never got a shipping confirmation email and when I emailed customer service asking about it, no one replied.

Useless Customer service refuses to read concern or actually try to help

First, I love the dog clothes and the harness. However, the fulfillment and distribution side of the business needs a major overhaul. Every single order I’ve ever made had issues either with the wrong item being sent or delayed shipping. You would think going directly to the site would be better, but sadly it is not. I try buying at other stores like Anthropologie before going to this site due to the problems I encounter with every order.

Took about a little over a month to receive my order, and I received the wrong color harness. It was the right size (L) but didn’t want to return because didn’t know how long it would take to receive the correct one.

No response on any of my attempts for customer support. I received the wrong size pupsicle. Shipping receipt enclosed with product said pupsicle was large and the one I received was a small. Neither my email or online chat were answered

Absolute shit. I’ve never had a company completely ghosted and for get to ship the item tell 2 weeks later. I don’t have a problem if I or Company 💨 makes a mistake but what I absolutely cannot stand is when a company refuses to want and allow communication. I simply wanted to talk to someone about my order so that I could have a good experience and want to come back and buy more, however, this was the second interaction I’ve had where I’ve left disappointed in the lack of customer service

Good products (the one I ordered at least). Long wait time for the delivery of these items, but customer service responded easily.

Terrible customer service The cost for an exchange is more than the collar is worth and the leash color was totally misrepresented Shipping cost for me to exchange + $8.50 fee + 15% restocking + shopping for new collar. Robbery!

Leash took over 6 weeks to ship despite promises on their website that it will ship within a week. Company refused to tell me when the leash would ship and would not allow me to cancel my order, leaving me without a leash for a long period of time. Would not recommend.

It has been difficult to place an exchange, return, etc. and the purchase to shipping time is excessive.

I placed an order with Found My Animal. The order shipped many days later than my confirmation said it would. I then placed this leash in my cart to double check the shipping time estimates....I accidentally placed the order (Google pay.) I immediately (within 1 minute) emailed to say oops...can you cancel this order? They said no, that I would need to return it---and somehow shipped this one right away. I immediately paid my own shipping to return the leash. It arrived a few days later...in ear

The product was great, but it was disappointing that it took almost three months to arrive.

It took about three months for my order to arrive. The design and quality are lovely, but by the time it arrived, my dog had already outgrown the size. If you’re considering purchasing, I recommend keeping in mind that shipping might take a while, especially when choosing the size.

I have not received any of these items items I have ordered. I repeatedly receive requests for reviews of the items, and I have responded several times, only to receive what appears to be an automated response. I like your product, I would like to receive the items u paid for.

It took quite a while to receive the leash and collar but they are very sturdy and pretty.

Worst customer service.

The website is not clear that an order requires production time and isn’t in fact in stock and ready to ship. Customer service is atrocious!

Horrible customer service. I received the wrong size collar (3 weeks after I ordered) and have yet to receive the replacement. They’d like for me to first send back the collar they sent me, on my dime. Very disappointed.

I had to have a bit of a back-and-forth with them to find out the length of the lead. Fairly simple info that I think should be on the product description, then it look like 2 or 3 emails to get the actual length (again fairly simple question I think). All this negated by the fact they're an advocate for rescue doggos and for that I'll pretty much forgive anything.

Customs cost (more then purchasing price) were not mentioned. Product not retrieved.
