Love the product — but this will likely be my last order. Customs duties that were never disclosed at checkout came as an unwelcome surprise, and the delivery time was unreasonably long. I've ordered twice before with no issues on duties, so this was a stark contrast. A great product loses its appeal when the buying experience is this frustrating. Be upfront with your international customers about potential duties — it makes a big difference.

Another point I would like to mention is that the shipping costs were very high. I understand that the leash was shipped from another country, but I then also had to pay customs fees on top of that. In the end, I paid almost 100 euros for this leash, which was quite disappointing and unpleasant. Considering the total price, I was even more disappointed that the new leash feels thinner than the older version I had before.

Customer Service is the worst I’ve ever experienced. They seem not to care at all about customer satisfaction or getting you your order in a timely manner. I have two orders currently that I’ve been waiting over four weeks for once I get these orders I will not be making another purchase, which is a shame because I have four years purchased only found my animal items, but something seems to be going on with the business side of things.
