Order arrived quickly and the most items were as good as expected.

Very good

was always informed from the beginning where the package was currently located. Unfortunately, my package was stolen on the day of delivery. It was found nearby the next day.

Waiting times are insanely long but products are really good.

I was descerning at first because I just saw it on Instagram but design is realky good and really wanted to experience it. So I take my risk to order then do my research about the store. It's a long wait but it's worth it.

Everything was perfect. The customer service was kind and the packaging was really nice, with all the little extras. Even though I was a bit worried about the purchase, as it takes quite some time until I would receive my clothes, I am glad that I decided to order from Stitch Spring. The items are high quality and comfy and look super cool. A unique style you cannot just find everywhere. I can definitely recommend their clothes and to be patient about it.

I really like Stitch Spring's designs, and even though it takes a long time for the items to arrive, they're always excellent quality and I'm kept well up to date on the dispatch process. I do wish that items were not sold in such a limited time window though, as it means that when the item eventually arrives, if it doesn't fit or suit me, I can't order another one. Having some kind of returns/exchange policy could help with this.

It took a while to arrive, but it was worth the wait. The product is very well finished with great attention to detail, good quality material, and a box with accessories I wasn't expecting. I'm from Spain, but I will definitely buy again.

no information about production status inbetween. Just month long silence and then shipping. I already thought the money was gone, then I was happy that I got something and it even looked great and then it ruined itself in the wash by colorwash form blue to light

I can’t believe this shop is offering such great quality items for this price. I bought a few items from LV a few years back and spent about $3k. The things I got from here are definitely on par with LV or Gucci and I love how they actually cater towards interests like anime and don’t just print some meaningless logos. Love Stitch Spring and the experience!

Granted it took around a month after the order release date, once shipped out- it came incredibly fast. Item was packaged secure and came in perfect condition. The customer support team appears to be kind and responsive- overall a good experience.
