streamlined. not impatient or in a hurry

I received no confirmation email for my order, and the customer service team took over 7 business days to reply to my email. They didn't even reply to one of my emails. The FAQ team on discord replied quickly thankfully.

It was unfortunate that some items were smaller than I intended, and delivery issues made it really difficult to wait for such a long time. Both of the reasons were mostly my fault. Thank you for the product.

I would give a 4.5 star if I could. There is only one little nitpick, that the long wait was not communicated well. I understand that it is difficult and I probably will buy more items in the future despite the long wait. :)

It was bad overall. You can't get easy access to the admin or customer service to talk about a refund. It was just a bad experience.
