Inadequate response from complaint about Parcel Force delivery. The delivery service from ParcelForce was terrible with several false claims of attempted delivery due no one being available - which was simply not true. This was very frustrating and wasteful of time. Customer service did not adequately respond or even refer my complaint to relevant department. A decent trustworthy company would be interested in improving customer service - surely??!
