I was disappointed with Hi-Tec customer services, I ordered the wrong size by mistake, size 7 instead of size 12, I contacted customer services within 5 minutes by email requesting my order to be amended, only for them to send me a copy of the order form and no mention of my request, I then sent several more emails requesting confirmation of my request, but to no avail. Hence received size 7 shoes which I returned straight away at my own expense. Then reordered. Shoe 10/10 Customer services 0/10
