Easy to shop I would say though delivery was longer than I thought and the tag for nervous is spelt wrong ,

Arrived promptly well packaged and very good value.

I bought it for my sons frenchie jack russel cross as he's a serious puller. They report back that he's so strong he sometimes fights it but they are persevering with it as it can be a real chore to walk him.

Very easy to order and very good details and information regarding the product. Excellent communication and service

We expected it to improve our walks but it hasn't made a difference for us .

Fine, no issues

Took 8 days to arrive. Arrived loose in a mail bag.

Excellent support

Ordered the wrong size, and you sent a replacement no quibbles thank you Paropet

Staff very helpful and polite

Ordered a second one.

Fab follow up

Took ages to arrive but worth the wait

The harness arrived quickly

Had to wait a while for delivery but it was worth it.

Took a long time to arrive for a uk company.

Great customer service,thank you 🐶🐶

Very good!

Slow delivery

Easy to order and use the product

I enjoyed the shopping experience.

Good shopping experience

The shipping was very very slow and the first parcel never arrived and was cancelled by the courier. But when I contacted customer service they were very quick to resolve the problem.avx the product was received within a week

Good quick service

Good service and delivery

Great ordering service. Quality product and good price. Easy to fit.

Ordered 2 seperate harnesses 2 different delivery journies Look like orders are sent abroad and earliest delivery was 8 days having travelled all over the place

Get purchase

They were so easy to order online and they arrived in no time. Very happy.

Good

A bit slow!

First time ever of not being half dragged out of the scooter or feeling like my arms were being pulled off. My boy walked at my side the whole time.

Good but delivery was longer than I thought

Great communication

Okay!

Very easy to understand and order and delivers I think very quickly. Excellent company

No update on delivery times which I thought was unusual. When I did email to check when it would arrive it did then seem to trigger a notification to say it would be arriving! The harness doesn’t stop my dog from pulling unfortunately and the clasp on the harness is very hard to undo, almost impossible!

Ordered and got lead and postage free, was able to track order.

Not for my dog

It's been a pleasure purchasing a Parapet harness
