Took 3 weeks to arrive

Took a very long time for delivery, presume it came from China.

It has made such a difference. Walking is now a pleasure.

Shopping experience was really user friendly & simple… all I would add is that if you don’t go for the personalisation then an option for just a coloured or black Velcro panel would be great as I have lots of bits getting stuck in the velcro & wish I would of just paid the extra for personalisation now!

I thought I was buying from a UK company as the email address and registered address are both UK. However my order arrived by international flight as seen on the tracking. So think I have been misled.

I ordered the wrong size first, it was very easy to exchange and I was kept up to date on delivery times on both occasions.

Very easy. - harnesses arrived quickly

I think customers rights should be if they pay for something and it doesn’t work on their Dog they should get 100% refund not a 70% refund. It’s alright telling people that they can keep it and use it but if it’s no good it’s no good.
