Delivery time was very long

It took nearly two weeks to arrive.

Initial harness was too big so I contacted Paropet who sent a smaller size very quickly. Great customer service.

Excellent delivery and the free lead is perfect. I walk with an extendable lead but for pavement, city walks the bungee lead is perfect

The service was fine although the delivery was slow. I was also surprised not to have printed packaging or any company info within the product packing - just a clear plastic bag which looked a bit car-boot trader ish.
