Ordering was easy and delivery was quick.

Very straightforward ordering process and a brilliant offer getting the lead free.

Very throughout

Ordering was fine. The harness though is terrible.

Great!

Very good.

Apart from the glitch when I put order in and the fact from yourselves to courier taking quite a few days before getting a tracking number once with the courier it was quick. Quality of your product is excellent

Quick shipping

Took about 9 days for delivery which was fine as that's what they'd advised. Great quality harness and lead though. Should last a long time.

Easy to order

Fast delivery and great follow up contact

The harness is a help. But I don't like the lead.

Had a delay on delivery but Parapet sorted it quickly. Sizing was a little ambiguous on the halter. I should have contacted customer services before purchase but actual measurements would have helped. I may need to try the size down

Quick delivery but misleading advertisement, doesn't work.

Took over a week to arrive but totally worth the wait and the price was worth the risk. Would definitely recommend

Easy on line shopping

easy to shop

Shipping could have been faster but overall good!

I had an issue with the harness I brought as slightly too big. Customer service was very helpful and friendly, providing a replacement quickly.

Hugely disappointed with the harness, feel I’ve wasted my money

Was easy to choose what size would fit him and was quick delivery

Easy. Good price , timely manner in receiving the product when dispatched.

Good lead and well informed on delivery.

Easy to purchase and a professional service

Delivery was very poor, took over 2 weeks and market as a uk company

The company is great, it feels like good quality. Neither the lead or harness have worked for us.

Ordering was easy. Didn’t wait too long for it to arrive - arrived as the order stated. The harness is brilliant too. Keeping our puppy from darting off and being able to keep pulling is so good for us and him.

Customer service was fast

Very good, easy to use website with good descriptions and kept up to date with order and delivery.

Amazing

It took longer than I expected to arrive, but was worth the wait. Also found the emails to be useful and informative.

Slow delivery

I wasn't sure exactly when it was arriving, but I didn't have to wait too long for delivery.

Great

Good, friendly and prompt response from customer service but a bit disappointed with the delay in delivery

We love the harnesses and have 2 of them and the customer service has been absolutely amazing and I have been telling all my friends that have dogs about this

Ordered 3 harnesses with free bungee leads. Not bothered about the bungee leads. Only one harness and one bungee lead delivered. Was supposed to be put right. Nothing more delivered we need a refund.

Easy to order, quick delivery, does exactly what it said it would

Took a look time to receive

Good value and quick delivery
