As I didn’t have much confidence in the harness I didn’t order the name patches as I thought it would go in the bin along with all the others but love it so much I msgd through Facebook to order the patches on their own and am still awaiting them but they got back to me so fast I’m Impressed with the customer service that I’ve received so far 🤩

After the very disappointing delivery with Evri I received my harnesses and leads second time around. The staff that responded were very helpful and had it sorted for me. The harness fit perfectly and quality very good but the leads far too long for my small dogs.

Delivery took a bit longer than I expected but apart from that great to shop with.

The harness and lead are good quality and I love the name tag too. Only thing to fault is the delivery time
