Delivery was a bit slower than expected but it came well packaged and complete

I ordered the medium harness that turned out to be a bit too big around the chest for my dog. Customer Services were fantastic and sent out a small for just the cost of shipping - and I didn’t have to return the bigger one

Seems like a good product but I think my harness is faulty

I had to wait a while for my purchases as the courier seemed to have lost them. I contacted Paropet who investigated straight away and sorted everything out very quickly . I will certainly be buying and recommending your products to others.

Easy to order. Took ages to arrange but was in great condition

I wanted to check that this was a uk company as I didn’t want goods from overseas. I was assured that this was a uk company, so I purchase. I later found out after communicating with the company via email that they were replying at night I questioned this and was told staff worked 24/7 to keep up with the demand, this made me suspicious. The harness was dispatched not surprisingly from china, so even though there is a uk address on website I have no doubt in mind this is not a uk company

Good company, slow delivery but worth the wait.

The no pull harness works but the bit in front of the chest keeps coming loose. Happens on both that we use on our two dogs.

Great

I ordered it and got a picture saying it had been delivered but it wasn't our door or area. Advised them and 6 weeks later still waiting. Then was told I'd been refunded but they were now despatching it for me FOC. It still didn't arrive or get sent out. So advised to reorder. Did that and it arrived two weeks later but looking at the video we are missing two pieces of material to stick in the Velcro patches and I really couldn't be bothered to tell them and wait again for those two pieces!

Delivery could be a bit quicker is the only gripe

The Paropet harness looks promising, but I have to walk by bully cross differently. He walks well by my side but using a short lead doesn't permit the space for turning him around. This could be user error! Every day is a school day.

Harness loosens across chest when dog pulls. Not secure at all. Im going to have to stitch the fittings in place myself to use it safely.
