Delivery was a little slow.

Arrived after several days. Well packaged.

Amazing product and complete game changer all around....only downside was quite a wait for the harness and lead to arrive...other than that absolute fab!!!

My issue is with the long wait for delivery

Easy to buy. Took a few weeks to arrive though.

They willingly sent me a replacement harness when I complained that the medium harness was too large across the chest, but the replacement harness was too small

Quickly delivered

First package went missing but Leslie at ParoPet was very helpful and expedited another two harnesses so A1 for customer service, I just wasn’t aware they were coming from China which doesn’t seem to be visible on the website and I know they say they are a British company but the products and delivery isn’t.

So helpful when changing harness size

Good harness… had to spend a day tracking down Evri attempt to deliver somewhere in the same postcode.

Lead came soon, works perfectly.

Very good company to deal with having had numerous emails.
