The lead is not effective.

I've only just started using it. My dog is right between sizes and it's been difficult to get the right fit. It's certainly very easy to put on and he doesn't balk at it as he would do with a 'normal' harness. It seems to be comfortable on him. I think he's pulling less, although the bungee lead gives him more freedom than his usual short lead. We'll keep using it. The returns policy for the harness that was the wrong size was very quick and efficient, with an almost immediate, and very helpful, response from the company.
