Lead elastic snap and the harness was poorly made and frayed when arrived, went straight in to the rubbish as emails went un answered

To be honest, delivery was a little slow and at first was not sure if it was coming but once it arrived quality of the product was very good

I initially thought this was a scam website. Receiving no confirmation or tracking details and with such long delivery times I finally ended up getting in touch with the company. I did receive a reply however delivery still took a while. These were shipped from China which I wasn’t aware of

The harness and lead mean I now enjoy my dog walks.

Package was wrongly delivered by Evri. I would prefer to pay higher postage and use Royal Mail, but the response I received from ParoPet to get things sorted was excellent.

Took ages to come, however customer service was pretty much on the ball

No problems at all but delivery did take a while. That being said the communication was good and explanation for the late delivery.

Two harnesses sent when I only ordered one (first order was not successful according to paropet so re ordered and two came)

I ordered a size too big and I emailed Paropet and had a reply that day saying they would replace it.

Took a while to arrive as it is shipped from China other than that the general experience was fine.

Overall good, took a little longer than expected to receive the collar, this may be because they are busy!
