Great

Excellent service.

It took a while to arrive

They were super helpful when I made a mistake with the delivery address .

Wrong colour delivered but that wasn't a problem

Great to deal with

Was bombarded wth adverts and then ordered. Tracking was terrible and in fact my shop app still says it’s on order so that’s how much the order has been updated. I never got tracking information so the parcel was left on my front door. Luckily I live on a safe area and it would have been seen if a something was taken off the front step but not everyone is lucky that way.

Nice quality harness and quick dispatch just doesn’t live up to the hype.

Easy and quick.

Easy to order. Sizing was correct. Delivery was fine.

My first order took a over 2 weeks to arrive, but the second came alot quicker. Maybe down th the courier and not Paropet

Delayed delivery due to high demand and the harness has not solved our issue

Should never have wasted my money - clearly another gimmick product”stop your dog pulling” gimmick

Excellent

Very good from the start - had to wait a while for delivery, but when contacted the company, they replied pretty much immediately

Brilliant. Customer service great and great product.

Accurate sizing guide and delivery within timeframe given. Very happy with the quality of the harness and lead and consider it good value

Okay

Pulling was a lot less from the first time we used the harness

No issues, only disappointment is the delivery time, took a while

Fantastic for my springer not so great for my lab

The shopping experience was great

Product has broken

Very quick service

I have loved working with ParoPet to get my dogs what they need.

I have explained in previous comment

Good

Great!

Communication and delivery were completely unacceptable

Taken 3 weeks to arrive. Keeps pulling out of it .Just doesn't work

Works well

The product doesn't do what it says on the tin, after several emails and another harness, that still doesn't work because it's the same as the first, I'm requesting a full refund

Good comunication fast delivery

Easy to order and prompt delivery.

Amazing experience with ordering took a bit longer than I anticipated to be delivered and when I ordered the medium and it was too big they sent me a new one in a small and said to keep the medium or donate which I have done!

Prompt customer service

Sadly not the right fit and can’t afford another one. But thank you.

It was worth a try but no real improvement.

Delivery was a little slow.

Arrived after several days. Well packaged.
