Long time to get to me, ordered XS fits great but lead is a large is very heavy.

Customer service was poor. Company needs to be honest up front to say item is shipped from China and not try to hid with false delivery times Emails now being ignored and had to take it up with the bank to get issues resolved

Good explanation of how the harness solves the pulling problem, supply took longer than anticipated. Choice of colours excellent, bungee lead and materials are strong and the pieces are generally well made. Have recommended to a friend and she has also purchased having seen the instant results in use.

Lead elastic snap and the harness was poorly made and frayed when arrived, went straight in to the rubbish as emails went un answered
