I ordered the wrong size at first and Paropet sent me the larger size without any hassle.

You took my money. That's the service ive had so far

Lovely product and does what it says, the delay in shipping was disappointing however

Good apart from front harness becoming loose all the time.

The service wasn't a problem I read people's reviews which is a good idea but I never had any issues.

It took a bit longer than I expected to come but maybe I was impatient to use it. I find it helps to control my dog when he meets his enemies. He only pulls then and it’s much kinder than the halter I was using

Long wait on delivery but the quality of the product is good.

Good overall

Great customer service.

Perfect communication and delivery

Customer services a waste of time

Very easy, quick delivery time too.

Excellent customer service, giving prompt, polite and friendly replies to my questions both prior to ordering, and afterwards too, when I needed to try the smaller size of harness.

Easy to purchase

Only disappointing thing was the wait for the delivery.

Fast service and delivery,…. Really happy with my purchases and I would highly recommend!

My order took a while to arrive

No problems

Asked for a refund but was given excuses.

From the very first walk it has made a massive difference to walking our Scottish Terrier. He no longer pulls like a steam train on a mission. Highly recommended.

Very good. I thought I ordered with a name, but it doesn't matter.

Great customer Service.

.

Very poor product

Easy to order and quick delivery

Love the quality and the front d ring is amazing its helped my dog stop pulling 100%

Love this harness - so do my dogs!

It took a long time to arrive

Took a while for delivery

Customer service team have always been helpful, so no problems there. Only 3 stars due to quality of product, not service

Waited a bit for second harness but arrived

Took three weeks to arrive

The only negative it can take a while to receive your items and the tracking isn’t the best, however the team wi keep your updated if you contact them

I am very happy with the service and being contacted to see how we are getting on with it.

Customer service is amazing 😊

I ordered the wrong size but the customer service sorted immediately. Excellent service

Disappointed with the delivery time.

Good

Delivery was slow, communication was sparse, products were not of the quality I expected.

I bought the harness recomended for the breed but it is too big and the adjustment buckles slip and it's becomes even looser and svivels on the dogs body.
