Waited a while for delivery, but it was worth the wait

THe lead time was a bit too long but worth the wait

Did have to wait a while for it to arrive but it was worth it

Ordering easy delivery time a little longer than expected but I think that’s because of the personalised tabs.

Long delivery time

It took a while to get here and isn’t innovative or anything special. Pretty much a bog standard harness and lead. Nice enough but little different from what I already have.

Took a long time to arrive

I’m extremely disappointed with the Paropet harness and lead. The product does not perform as described, and the delivery process was unreasonably slow with no communication or responsibility taken for the delays. Considering the high cost, the experience feels misleading and borderline scam‑like. I cannot recommend this product.

It would be better if you sent you items out in the uk

The website is easy to use. I wish delivery was a bit quicker but that's just impatience from me!

For a dog that has pulled enthusiastically all of his ten years this was a revelation and unusually was exactly what the advert claimed. A walk with him is now a pleasure and not a chore.

I ordered a harness and it should have been personalised with GELERT and it is only when I was asked to do this review I realised that the one I received was not personalised other wise it would have had 5 stars

When I ordered it didn't get a confirmation email with an order number. I was worried I had lost money but the parcel eventually arrived. The harness and lead are good quality but dont work for our dog

There was quiet a delay in delivery but soon resolved following an email.
