Brilliant firstly my dog walked like a crab but then got used to it it’s fantastic he don’t pull on it at all

Good shopping experience but took 2 weeks to be delivered which was the downside.

Great, just took longer than expected to come, maybe if they gave more realistic timeframes people wouldn’t worry they’ve been scammed. It’s a good harness/ company so I don’t want to see that let them down :)

Customer services were very helpful in organising refund when we had ordered the wrong size.

Delivery took a while and product is a bit big so didn't want to send it back. However even loose it seems to work well and re-directs dog when pulling.

Good , delivery was a bit slow TBH but I had already seen that was the main complaint so was expecting a wait . But if these are in the uk or made in the uk not sure why it takes 2 weeks to get here ?? So not sure about that TBH - but the product is good.

Harness and lead did not arrive as soon as I had expected but when I followed up, I got a quick response and everything arrived a couple of days later.

Very helpful. I paid delivery and didn’t realise it was included at the checkout but I was reimbursed when I mentioned it
