I am very happy with the service and being contacted to see how we are getting on with it.

Customer service is amazing 😊

I ordered the wrong size but the customer service sorted immediately. Excellent service

Disappointed with the delivery time.

Good

Delivery was slow, communication was sparse, products were not of the quality I expected.

I bought the harness recomended for the breed but it is too big and the adjustment buckles slip and it's becomes even looser and svivels on the dogs body.

Ok

Were quick to send smaller size, and delivery quick

Not sure if the harness is too big as it has a gap at the fron by the clasp they you hock the lead on, when he pulls back towards me

It was easy to order . Not sure the fit is right but I’m pretty sure a smaller one wouldn’t fit him ??

Very good.

Very easy site to navigate with clear sizing instructions, it takes 1-2 weeks to arrive and you can track the progress of your order. Well worth the wait, I have notice that some other online sites sell these but they look like fakes so be careful and use ParoPets site.

Quality is great. Came on time.

Excellent service

Firstly ordered a small and was sent a large and then had to pay postage on the replacement

Waited quite a while for it to come but it’s worth the money and does work.

Very helpful on messaging’s about the delay in delivery. Thank you

Lovlely

Takes awhile from ordering paying to arrival

It arrived in just over a week which is great.

Stopped inspiring nd he’s comfy in it

Dubious to try. Kept seeing the adverts on my social media pages and thinking it was too good to be true. Made the decision around 2 months later to place an order and wonder why I didnt do it sooner 😅 fantastic products!

Great.

The hardness took a while to get delivered however customer service were so helpful.

Recommended by another dog walker, I was dubious to begin with. I'm now telling anyone with a reactive dog that it's what they need.

Very efficient and reliable with the ordering and delivery

Good experience. Harnesses and leads were well packaged . No complaints.
