It's nice to know the company has a genuine interest in the product.

Easy to use website, entering payment and shipping instructions were a quick process. Slow shipping after product has left store. Efficiently replaced by staff at parapet with no fuss. Excellent service. T

Easy to order. Good delivery and well packaged.

I waited several weeks for my order. I had read poor reviews. I suspected the item was being shipped from China. I contacted them to cancel my order (well before it was dispatched) they were evasive about where their products are shipped from, I had to message them multiple times to get an answer. The harness I received is ok but the (free) lead is unsuitable and unsafe for my small dog. Would not recommend.

Again took ages to arrive again you lied where it was. I left a trust pilot review and you told everyone how sorry you were and you were going to contact me asap agsin another lie very dishonest company and I will keep telling people how bad you really are

Only downside was waiting the 10 -14 days delivery.

Fantastic helpful

We had an issue with the clip in the first harness. After explaining the issue with a video, it was replaced immediately. No questions just an apology.

Good experience. Had to wait a little while for delivery but when it arrived it was amazing

Dealing with ParoPet has been great, deliveries with Evri do let them down a little due to the erratic nature of deliveries and poor tracking.

Followed the sizing guidelines BUT it was too large . Contacted company by email and a new one was sent out straightaway (at no cost!) and to donate or give the larger harness to someone else! 10/10 service

The lead wasn’t delivered with the harness when I emailed they said that I hadn’t ordered one but it was free with the harness? However it was rectified and sent straight away

Great product but almost a three week wait for delivery.

Ok. The free lead worked better than the product that was meant to help. I now question the reviews!
