Took a little while to arrive but definitely good quality

Easy to buy - took a while to arrive.

Bit pricey but similar to other makes prices. Delivery took so long but worth the wait in the end

Great company - would not hesitate to recommend.

Took a little time to arrive - but well worth the wait!

No problems.

Bit slow on delivery, but that I believe was down to delivery company Relay

Wasy to order.

Brilliant

Had a problem with harness to begin with but sorted quickly

Great customer service and fantastic quality products.

Very efficient.

Does not do anything different to a normal lead

Took a long time to arrive where I had to buy another lead before it came

Robotic email responses that take no liability

It has helped so much with the pulling.

Ordered and delivered as order

Quick, easy and on time

Spoke to the team on instagram with questions they was very responsive and professional and answered my questions really well 10/10

It's been good however products haven't done what has been advertised brought one size and GSD was still pulling and not staying tight around harness kept coming loose so brought size down which was too small

Got what I ordered and no difference

Was great getting the free kead with the harness but delivery was very slow I needed to contact customer services who were very helpful

Easy to order, couldn’t wait for delivery

Poor shopping experience. Took forever to arrive using Evri.

Took a little longer than I expected but that was my mistake I didn’t read the delivery time.

Super friendly customer service and a great product!

To be honest it made no difference to walking him. The write up says if they pull they will turn back round to the walker. I did not find this at all, I still, unfortunately had little control over him. Quite disappointed as I thought this was going to be the answer to my prayers. Back to the drawing board for me I’m afraid 😧

Everything went great
