Shopping was easy. Delivery was extremely slow. It took 10 days for the first order to arrive, which I then decided would be too small for a growing puppy. I asked to return my harness and replace it with the next size. I was told there was no need to return it and a new harness would be sent if I just pay postage. I had to wait a further ten days or so for the second one to arrive. Overall, the dispatch was slow. Evri probably added to that but customer service was good.

I did have to contact Paropet, as I had waited 2 weeks for my delivery. They were very quick to answer, tracked my order & I received it 2 days later. They also e-mailed me to check I had received my order when it was updated to delivered.

Customer service were grate always a fast responce. The lead i love but the harness keeps coming loose at the front on the straps and i had issues with delivery but that was eventually sorted
