Delivery took too long

It was extremely difficult to get a refund, despite advertising a 60 day money back guarantee. I was offered several 'discounted' refunds and I could keep the product despite stating I did not want it as it was much too big.

Would make it 5 if it worked better for my dog (I appreciate it won't work for all dogs but I've given it a try)

When the medium harness didn’t fit my cocker spaniel they very quickly sent another smaller one.

Very pleased indeed with the harness and lead. Both super quality.

Getting updates on shipping was not easy and took a while to arrive.

Didn't get delivered. Emailed to enquire, they told me I'd have to open up an investigation with EVRI. Was promised a new one weeks later, was told I'd get a dispatch email, still havnt days later. What a waste of nearly £50!!!!!
