Easy shopping experience and I love the free bungee lead that came with it. It compliments the harness perfectly.

Took a while to arrive. However,we did require a replacement for the larger size which arrived a lot quicker. Also surprised that we didnt have to return the original which we have now donated to a dog rescue charity.

Casper pulled jumped all the time he now walks more calmer and we can stop the jumping

I purchased the harness which is brilliant walks are so much easier and stress free

Took a while to get here but I had the personalised bit added so guessed it would be longer delivery time. Great results so far. Loving the gentle walks x

It does as said, and has stopped the dog from pulling, almost straight away

The length of time it took from ordering to receiving the product was a long time with no communication from ParoPet to say there were any delays, only when I emailed to ask what had happened with my order I was told it had just been despatched but still had to wait a couple of weeks more. I’d like to get another for my other dog but the lengthy wait has put me off.

Disappointed that this didn't work and whilst you are able to return it seems like I am having to jump through hoops to get details on how to return and get a refund.

Shopping with paropet went smoothly and would buy another harness from them but steer clear of the bungee lead.

Brilliant product but I'm not a fan of your carrier I have had a bad experience with evri as one of the drivers once stolen a package of mine but that doesn't distract from the fantastic product
