This was a Christmas gift from my wife because I volunteer at a boy scout camp teaching wilderness survival. Initially the wrong hammock was sent. When my wife was able to talk to customer service (it was Christmas and they were very busy). The person she talked to was able to get everything corrected and reshipped with no further problems. Excellent over all experience

I have been a long-time customer of Haven Tents and have had great experiences. I have been very patient during this month-long episode that was started pre-Holiday Season and realize that it is a third-party issue.

Not a big fan of the colors to choose from. Your Black Friday deal should have been more transparent about the specific products that were not on sale... kinda felt like a bit of a dishonest tactic to get people "through the door" so to speak.

Did a good amount of research prior to purchasing the haven safari flat lay hammock tent and being a large guy at 6' 2" and right around the 300lb mark, even though I didn't choose the ideal condition as in the distance apart of the trees I chose, I wasn't able to get the proper tension on the ridge line so it was slightly saggy and not as tight as it should be. But despite that, I was still able to get in and lay down and it was very comfortable! I first played on my back but then rolled over onto my side as that's how I normally sleep and from doing that it got the hammock rocking back and forth. I felt like a baby in a cradle and could have easily fallen asleep. I'm truly looking forward to actually spending a night in it and really putting it to the test. But, unfortunately that won't be until next year. I purchased the haven tent to start doing some motocamping next year and I can't wait! Thank you haven tents for a great product. I also purchased the accessory bundle which included woopie slings, the pump and a ridge light. I'm truly looking forward to setting up camp and being able to utilize all of it. When that happens I'll chime in again with a full review and hope to have plenty of pics of it all in use. Thanks again!
