I requested a change of the shipping address. Evora mistakenly entered our old address. I immediately noticed this error and notified Evora. They returned my messages two days later without an apology.

Easy to navigate, my only concern was that I didnt realise that it was a subscription and as a 70 year old pensioner id have liked to have seen how or if it worked before having a subscription. I do realise that the price i paid was reflected with having a subscription.

I have tried several times to cancel my subscription. After all, there is a 90 Day Guarantee. It has been extremely difficult and challenging to do!!!

Did not like that they automatically put me on a subscription despite me specifically not choosing that.
