I had 2 deliveries. The first had a broken pump action, leaked, wasn’t boxed and was wrapped in bubble wrap. It looked like a prototype and it smelt awful. I was unable to use it because of the broken stopper. I tried to cancel the second. The second order arrived in completely different and very professional packaging which looked good but unfortunately the product still smells too strong and sickly. This put me off using it.

They let me suspend my subscription immediately:)

Evita has great products; a great customer service and fast response!

Apparently they do not know how to cancel a subscription when requested to do so.

Products arrived quickly and well packed.

It took forever to get my order delivered. Almost as long as it took to get hold of someone in your company. Only when I filed non receipt of order did it miraculously get delivered that night.
